DRINK MORE WATER
If you don’t drink enough water you could find yourself overeating and putting on weight, plus your digestion and getting rid of toxins might not work as good. Wake up each morning and drink a glass of water then throughout the day carry a water bottle around with you as water helps deliver much-needed nutrients around your body and keeps your muscles energised and your brain, body, mind spirit working better for you.
Having your workout gear ready to go the night before is key as you are mentally preparing for your workout even before you have jumped into bed. When you wake up first thing in the morning and your activewear is laid out and ready to go it makes it so much easier and it helps you get out of the door so much quicker. Having your lunches, snacks, food and water bottles pre-packed done and ready to go this will help you eat healthy through your busy day.
JUST FEEL IT
After you have worked out take the time to cherish it how it makes you feel. Exercise gets your feel good endorphins pumping so if it makes you smile – than smile. Shift away from just working out to lose weight and become more mindful and aware of how exercise actually makes you feel. Make a connection with that feel good feeling as that is what is going to make you want to exercise even more.
