recipe: Cacao Superfood Granola

For Breakfast, I love Eating Granola and adding Fresh Fruit and Yoghurt to it, Thanks to our Spa it Girl NYC Contributor Lily from Clean Food Dirty City we have a Gluten Free Cacao Superfood Granola recipe for you to make, that is loaded with Superfood Nutrients to Make You Feel Great.

Recipe: Cacoa SuperFood Granola

INGREDIENTS
4 cups gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup raw sliced almonds
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup Philosophie cacao bee honey or Philosophie green bee honey
4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Serve with: additional cacao nibs, strawberries + coconut yogurt

METHOD
Preheat over to 300℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.

Mix the oats, almonds, coconut sugar, cacao powder, flaxseed, salt, cinnamon, and cacao nibs together in a large bowl.

Combine coconut oil and superfood honey in small saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Add to the oat mixture and mix will until throughly coated.

Spread onto lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown, stirring after 20 minutes. Bake 5 – 10 more minutes.

Let cool completely before serving. Store in an air tight container at room temp.
