We have a Healthy Snack on the Run for you to Make – Thanks to Deliciously Ella’s Cranberry and Vanilla Energy Balls recipe:
1 cup Medjool dates
1/2 cup cashew nuts
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1. Start by pitting the dates then add them to the food processor and blend until a sticky paste forms.
2. Add in all the remaining ingredients and blend for a few minutes until a dough forms, then roll the dough into 12 equal-size balls and put in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Makes Approximately 12 energy balls.
