Coconut Milk Yoghurt: it’s non-dairy alternative to yoghurt, or you can use Greek yoghurt, which has plenty of protein, or really any yoghurt – you choose it’s totally up to you. 

Sunflower Seeds: to give it some crunch plus protein and magnesium, which helps put you in a good mood.

Berries: are loaded with antioxidants fibre and other nutrients, you can use any type of berries or fruit – you choose. 

Cinnamon: this spice helps reduce inflammation in the body and regulate blood sugar. 

Ingredients
* 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk yoghurt or (Greek Yoghurt)
* 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
* 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
* Dash cinnamon
* ¼ cup berries of choice
* 1 teaspoon stevia to sweeten (optional)

How to Make it
1. In a bowl or glass add ½ cup coconut milk yoghurt.

2. Top with 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, coconut, cinnamon and ⅛ cup berries.

3. Top with ½ cup coconut milk yogurt, 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, coconut, cinnamon and ⅛ cup berries.

4. Top with optional stevia and serve.
