I remember growing up as a Kid in Australia and watching Lisa Osborne on National TV for the World Aerobics Championships it was the highlight of my childhood – I kid you not.
When I watched her on TV all I could think is WOW I wish I could do that and I want to be like her one day.
So it may come as no surprise that straight out of high school, I become an Aerobics Instructor and it was back in the day when cassettes were in and I had to create my own workout classes to teach at the gym.
Fast forward to 2018 and tapes are a thing of the past along with having to create your own workout routines should you want to teach a group fitness class at the gym – and that’s all thanks to Les Mills International I must add.
One of my favourite classes to do at the gym is Les Mills Body Attack, which is a High-Energy Aerobics Inspired class.
So it’s with great please that I go the opportunity to interview Lisa Osborne, Program Director of Les Mills Body Attack to find out her Go-To Body Attack Workout Fitness Tips.
Plus I also ask her – what we can do when we don’t feel like exercising but know we really should.
