She is passionate about empowering people with the tools of self-care to help them weather and recover from periods of stress, loss and change and to boost resilience in the face of future changes.

Suzy Reading has been a contributing editor for Psychologies Magazine and the Psychology Expert for wellbeing brand Neom Organics.

She is the author of The Self Care Revolution, The Little Book of Self-Care, Stand Tall Like a Mountain, This Book Will (Help) Make You Happy and Self-Care for Tough Times.
