You’ll deepen your breath, nourish your immune system, calm your nervous system and remember what it’s like to delight in the rising sun.
In this program you can expect to harness the power of nature, nutrition, mindfulness, yoga, functional movement and other-research based best practices.
The Revive & Thrive retreat is available in both a 6-Day and 7-Day durations. All ages, abilities and fitness levels are welcome.
Winter Wellness this is one of the Aro Ha signature programs tuned to winter. You will wake a little later, move a little slower, and nourish the body from the gut outward.
It’s designed to help you feel a biological and emotional shift towards lightness. There is nothing better than out shining the winter sun.

What to bring? Aro Ha’s dress is casual athletic. Glenorchy is know for three season in one day, so you can expect dynamic changes in weather every week. Layers are helpful, along with protection from sun, wind and rain. Aro Ha will provide you with rain gear, hiking poles and all exercise equipment.
What not to bring? Tobacco products as Aro Ha is a non-smoking campus. Any illegal substances. Food including sweets, snacks, gum or mints. Beverages including alcoholic beverages. Anything of high worth from jewellery and accessories – just in case.
To note – Wifi is not available in public spaces and a tech detox is recommended.
How to prepare for your retreat?
Refrain from caffeine, cigarettes and alcohol one week prior (seek medical advice to assist with your withdrawal process)
Make sure that you have broken in your hiking trail running shoes prior to your wellness retreat.
Find ways to move your body at home or outside in nature to help build up your fitness level prior – especially if you want to go on the morning hike.
