This Urban Oasis has been inspired by the collective history and practice of communal bathing.
Capybara Bathing is a slow space to counter our busy days.
Each bathing visit includes 90 minutes access to the communal bathing facilities, featuring a magnesium infused thermal bath, a traditional hot stone sauna, a handcrafted cold plunge, a hammam and a gently heated lounge with an ice well.
A casual 90 minutes- off-peak Weekday 7am to 5pm sessions starts at $65 AUD and a peak session weekdays 5pm to late start at $70 AUD.
Book in for a private Watsu session | 90 minutes – starting at $190 to float and experience being unconditionally held by water.
Watsu is a passive form of aquatic therapy performed in warm water.
As a receiver you are swayed, massaged and stretched into various shapes to release muscular tension and to increase the range of motions in joints.
