Soak Bathhouse is a family-owned business founded by Gold Coast locals and husband and wife duo Niki and Alexis Dean.

Having collectively spent years juggling the demands of their corporate careers, raising a family, trying to maintain a social life and prioritising their health.

They came to rely on annual visits to health retreats to simply rest and relax.

They were passionate about finding a way to incorporate doses of micro wellness into their regular schedules.

They wanted a space that would be easy to pop in and out whenever they needed to fill their cup.

In 2020 – Soak Mermaid was born a communal bathhouse that offers relaxing experiences, rejuvenating services that are simple, accessible and affordable.

They have since opened a Brisbane location and set to open three new locations in Australia in 2025.
