Providing you with protocol guidance and a framework to navigate the Bathhouse based on your own personal health and wellbeing goals.

All 90-minute Bathhouse sessions includes herbal tea on arrival, pre-bathing cleansing scrub, full access to their medical grade facility, chlorine-free heated magnesium hydrotherapy pool, 3 infrared saunas set at 50, 60 and 70 degree.

Cold plunge pool, red light therapy panels, double filtered showers and drinking water, complimentary sparkling water, 2 bath towels and a maximum of 14 guest.
