Nicole Marty, an American in Paris for 10 years, spent several years in the world of finance before changing course to pursue training as a Yoga instructor, obtaining certification from Yoga Alliance.
From the Caribbean to South Asia, she travels the world and crafts a modern approach to this discipline. With Hatha Yoga, she promises a unique experience where the poses are practiced slowly, held and then released. Each participant is led to gain a greater awareness of their breathing and their own physical sensations during the practice.
It will be a sweet time to refocus on oneself, a parenthesis that closes with a moment of guided relaxation, and a followed by healthy refreshments.
