Bamford Wellness Spa is located on Level 3 at 1 Hotels Melbourne and was created in partnership with organic and sustainable leader Carole Bamford.

Carole Bamford was created in the English countryside, and individually crafted treatments use specially formulated products from the Bamford body and skincare ranges that are made from natural and organic ingredients certified to the highest standard.

This is a holistic spa that centres around a connection to nature and is devoted to nurturing the mind, body and spirit.

The spa has five treatment rooms, including one couples’ room.

There is also an indoor pool, a vitality pool and hydrothermal experiences such as a dry sauna and a steamroom (by Helo Sauna).
