What is SOULCYCLE? In-door Cycling that brings Joy and Soul to it’s riders. SoulCycle offer Inspirational Instructors who will take you through a high-energy 45 minute full body work out (burning between 500-700 calories in 45-minutes) to rockstar music and they even add in hand weights and core work to their in-door cycle classes. SoulCycle classes are designed to be fun and they will have you climbing out of your seat, springing and even dancing with the intention to transform the way you look and feel. It’s a great fat-burning cardio workout, plus an awesome way to let lose and clear your head and feel part of your community.  SoulCycle classes are held in candlelit studios, making riders feel like they are partying in a healthy nightclub. The dark, non-intimidating rooms allow riders to lose themselves in the workout. Over 13,000 riders take SoulCycle classes everyday to release stress, burn fat, tone muscle, find joy in movement, and change their bodies and lives.

Who are the Co-Founders of SOULCYCLE? Elizabeth Cutler and Julie Rice who met on the best blind date ever and immediately clicked on their shared vision was: To create an alternative to the fitness routines that felt like work. How do you prepare for a SOULCYCLE class? 

HYDRATE: Drink, drink, drink! The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during, and after your ride.
SNACK: You heard it from your mom: be sure to eat a little something before you exercise. We recommend eating a light snack 30 minutes before you ride.
WHAT TO WEAR: 
If you’ve never ridden with us at SOUL, we suggest sporting a tee or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom.
