LIFTONIC is a 50 minute all over Body Workout, during the class you get to use benches, dumbbells, and your own body weight, plus you also do Pilate inspired moves.
Every participant works on their own weights bench with TV monitors overhead so you can maintain proper form and keep in tempo with the instructor’s pace.
