What inspired you to start endota spa? My vision and passion was and still is to help women be their best me so they can live their best life. The ethos of the brand was fuelled by my personal belief in the power of sharing and a desire for more meaningful connections.
I was working in a day spa in Melbourne and saw firsthand the physical and emotional change in women when they left the treatment room. I knew then that I needed to be a part of this in a bigger way. I wanted to help them feel good about themselves and have a place to go to feel nurtured.

What does endota mean and why did you choose it? endota is an indigenous word meaning beautiful. Our logo was inspired by a malachite stone and represents emotional healing.

What do you love most when you visit an endota spa? endota spa is a haven to relax and rejuvenate. At an endota spa, our clients walk in often busy and overwhelmed and they leave relaxed, less stressed and a much better version of themselves.
Our therapists care about the people that come through our spas and really want them to have the most amazing experience. It’s a sensory journey from the moment you walk in the door, from the carefully chosen music and aroma to the use of natural elements such as timber to help people feel as though they have stepped into a space that instantly invites calm.

Yes, I definitely agree. There is so much pressure on women today. Having a massage or a treatment should not be considered as a luxury or treat – it is a healthy habit and should be considered as part of your overall journey to achieving better wellbeing. Our spas are a haven for emotional replenishment.
Not many people even knew what a spa was when we first opened and even fewer recognised the importance of wellbeing. Now relaxation and mindfulness have become more important in people’s lives and they are recognising the holistic benefits of visiting endota spa.

How do you personally like to Keep Healthy and Well from within? I try to practice mindfulness in all areas of my life. Most importantly I try to do this at home when spending time with my children. I also like to take time out every day to meditate or attend Yoga. I find these practices help keep me grounded and centred.
