“L’URV why do I love this Activewear Brand ?
because they have the best FEEL GOOD prints out there”

Are you currently wearing this outfit to the gym: a pair of 3/4 black tights with a crop top covered over with either a motivational tank top, singlet or a plain coloured loose flowing t-shirt? If that sounds like the outfit you are wearing right now to the gym – then it’s time for an Activewear Makeover! I started teaching Aerobics straight out of high school so I can tell you I have seen outfit for well over 28+years and don’t get me wrong I don’t think we all need a pair of good quality black tights, as they do go with everything and is the perfect basic for any activewear collection…..however – I personally think that if you are wearing the same old same old black pants week and week out it can become rather boring and soon you may not feel that inspired when it comes to working out.
As Australia’s one & only Active Living Blogger – I want you to wake up and feel inspired to work out. I truly believe that when you wear colour it makes you feel good, it’s an instant pick me up, it energises you and it helps you go that extra mile. If the clothes you are wearing feels good on an also looks good on it will make you feel good it’s as simple as that.
If you have never been game enough to wear colourful feel good vibrant prints – then it’s time to conquer your fears and to step outside your activewear comfort zone. I don’t want you to do the same old same old I want you to expand, evolve and grow…..and one Activewear Brand which I think is going to make you feel really good is L’urv which is designed in Melbourne, Australia. I love L’urv because they tick all the boxes when it comes to feel good colours and prints and I am totally obsessed how they have matching activewear outfits and yoga mat’s this has to be any Active Living Yoga Loving Girl’s Dream. **Click here to Shop my latest #activewear obsession
