1. Do Something you love: Go for a nice walk then have coffee with a girlfriend, watch a feel good movie, take a nice long bath, paint your toe nails, do a little random act of kindness to make someone else’s day, read a beautiful book – whatever it might be choose to do things that make you feel really good.
2. Write a Positive Affirmation: about yourself and read it throughout your day. Start your positive affirmation with the words I am to give power to your positive affirmation…try to make up your own positive affirmations like “I am Beautiful” “I am Healthy” “I am Happy” “I am Amazing”.
3. Listen to some Relaxation Music: find something beautiful to listen to on youtube or dust off your relaxation music CDs or head to the beach to listen to the real waves of the ocean.
