How to PRACTICE KINDNESS

“If you want to be happy, be kind.” “If you want others to be happy, be kind”.
Yvette Le Blowitz @Spaitgirl

Let’s face it…..it’s a pretty tough world out there.  A lot of people are under at times constant pressure from the time they wake up till the time they go to bed. At times some people even feel like they can’t carry on doing what they are doing as they are burnt out and totally exhausted – Body, Mind and Soul because they have perhaps been overworking just to keep up with financial commitments.  I think with the world we live in it’s now really important more than ever to be not only kind to yourself but also everyone else.

Our Words, Actions can Heal or Break our soul or others too.  You can never tell by looking at someone what they are actually going through quite often if people are a true professional they will keep their own struggles to themselves so it’s important in our day to day lives that we are simply kind to everyone we meet, work with, and also to our family and friends even if they do drive us up the wall from time to time.

If you want to re-connect with your Kindness you can by Practicing daily affirmations – a positive statement or belief – offers a conscious effort to change negative thinking patterns. Create your own Kindness positive affirmations. Write them out and say them out loud.

Feel the positive emotion as you say them out loud and connect with your inner self.   It can take up to ten positive affirmations to counter-act one negative comment from yourself or someone else.

Positive affirmations are a very powerful tool. They change how we think and feel about ourselves, which will then help us transform our attitudes and actions with others too. When we think positively about ourselves, our whole world changes it goes from doom and gloom to bloom and we are able to better see the positive’s in others.

Here are some Kindness Positive Affirmations I wanted to share with you – I hope these beautiful words help heal your Soul:
