Daily MIND Detox

If you have to many thoughts running through your head and can’t sleep at night, then it’s time to start a daily Journal.  Keeping a Journal is an ancient Japanese tradition that dates back to the 10th Century.  Research now shows that by writing about the way you feel can actually help to reduce stress, strengthen your immune cells and give you a general sense of wellbeing.  It also helps to deal with what is going on in your day to day life along with:
