2016: WHAT’S YOUR INTENTIONS

It’s only 3 Day’s to go till we all start saying HAPPY NEW YEAR and give each other big hugs & kisses and our social media news feeds goes into overdrive.  If you want to wake up on the 1st Day of 2016 with a clear direction of what you want to do, who you want to be and how you want to feel……than you must set your New Year Intentions before the big New Year’s Day.

Make time to sit quietly, cross your legs, face your palms up, close your eyes and focus on your breath – start to drift inwards – than ask yourself the following questions:

What Do I want to Do in 2016?

How Do I want to Feel in 2016?

What Do I want to Experience?

Who Do I want to Be?

All of the answers to your questions will come from within when you take the time to breath and tune in.  Once you know what your intentions are for the New Year, write them down in your diary or note book then think about what is it I need to do in order to achieve it.  Choose things that you truly want to do (not things that you kinda want to do) this will make all the difference in achieving your goals.

You really want your intentions to make you feel good, happy, alive, vibrant, energetic, excited, challenged, inspired – get ready to explore new things, to do new things, to learn new things and to become bigger than your fears.  Nothing you want to do, be or feel like is off limits.  Get Ready to tap into your inner guide and to live in harmony with your inner spirit.

You CHOOSE how you live your life and the person you want to BE.  You have the ability to achieve anything.  All you have to do is Believe and know what your intentions are and then work towards them.
