5 FEEL GOOD tips
Being happy makes you feel amazing and is great for your skin. When you become stressed your cortisol levels rise and cause an imbalance of hormones in your body.
Here are 5 Feel Good tips:
Practice gratitude. By practicing gratitude everyday you can increase feelings of happiness: Start by writing down three things you are grateful for every day. It could be your health, a friend or something that you are able to do, walk, yoga.
Get a journal. Get into the routine of writing in a journal every day before you go to sleep at night. This encourages you to free yourself of worries, any urgent to-dos and write down the things you are grateful for each day.
Go for a walk. 20 minutes of light exercise is all that’s needed every day to release any nervous tension and make us feel happier. Team up with a friend, family member or pet for your daily walk.
Do something nice for someone. Random acts of kindness give you a sense of “do good, feel good” and make you feel amazing. It could be as simple as saying “I love you” or inviting your friend over for a cup of tea.
