Get Your Beauty Sleep
It can be easy to stay up way past your bed time but getting your Beauty Sleep is key for glowing, radiant skin. Aim to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night, 8 is even better it will do wonders for your skin.
Wear sunscreen
It might be winter but it doesn’t mean you stop wearing your daily sunscreen. Wear a SPF 50+ or an Invisible Zinc to protect your skin it’s the best anti-ageing skincare habit to get into.
Exfoliate
I use a really gentle exfoliate that is suitable for daily use and I tend to always exfoliate my facial skin in the shower that why it always gets done. Exfoliating your facial skin I think is key.
Hydrate
Yes it’s one of my biggest SKIN tips I can give to any Spa it Girl. Stay hydrated from the inside, moisturised on the outside.
