YOGA when You’re Angry

Let’s Face it, who doesn’t Feel Angry from time to time? Even the most dedicated Yogis Get Angry, it’s a Human Emotional Reaction when things upset us or p**s us off.

What do you normally do when you feel angry? do you take it out on someone else? bottle it up? call a girlfriend and vent, vent, vent? or turn to emotionally eating?

I personally have tried, tested & love it: It’s a class suitable for any age, shape, size or fitness level you don’t even need to be a practicing Yogi or have any sort of flexibility to do this class all you need to do is turn up on your Yoga Mat with your Angry let Adriene guide you through some wonderful breathing work plus my favourite part of the whole class the laughing yoga practice part.  I seriously could not stop laughing it was best and biggest laugh I have had in ages.

I totally recommend doing this Yoga practice if you have had a Sh*t day at work, or if you are needing to get rid of an Angry Mood.
