I hope you had the most amazing Christmas ever. I don’t know about you, but felt like I ate so much food that when it came to Boxing Day and even the day after that I was feeling so full and bloated.
One of things I always do when I have over indulged is practice YOGA to DETOX I find it to be naturally detoxifying and by practicing deep yogic breathing it can assist your organs in the detoxification process.
I have started practicing Yoga Detox thanks to Brett Larkin Yoga and I am doing her 7 Day YOGA DETOX Challenge and already after just doing DAY 1 YOGA DETOX Challenge I am feeling so much better, I don’t feel as uncomfortable and bloated and it has provided so much relief. I am so grateful for Brett Larkin Yoga youtube channel and classes she is such a gift to this world.
